At Camino Sours, we strive to provide a fast, discreet, and reliable shipping experience for all our customers. Because we handle temperature-sensitive and age-restricted products, please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

  • California Only: In strict accordance with state regulations, Camino Sours currently only ships to addresses within the State of California. We do not ship Camino Gummies or any other cannabis-infused products across state lines.

  • Age Verification: All deliveries require a recipient who is at least 21 years of age. Our shipping partners may require a signature and a valid government-issued ID upon delivery.

2. Processing and Handling Times

  • Orders: Most orders for Lost Farm and Petra Mints are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • High Demand: During sales or holiday periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates and Methods

We offer several shipping tiers to ensure your Camino edibles arrive in perfect condition:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–5 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 1–2 business days.

  • Free Shipping: We often offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain threshold (refer to the banner on our homepage for current promotions).

4. Temperature-Sensitive Shipping (Chocolate & Gummies)

Items such as Kiva Chocolate, Terra Chocolate, and Camino Gummies are sensitive to heat.

  • Warm Weather Packaging: During summer months or when shipping to warmer parts of California (such as Palm Springs or the Inland Empire), we utilize insulated packaging and cold packs at no extra cost to you.

  • Shipping Schedule: To avoid items sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend, we may delay shipping chocolate or gummy orders placed on a Thursday or Friday until the following Monday.

  • Camino Sours Advantage: Our Camino Sour Gummies are pectin-based and have a higher melting point, making them a safer choice for shipping during extreme heat.

5. Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is important to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers. The return address will reflect our logistics name, not “Camino Sours” or “Cannabis,” ensuring your delivery remains private.

6. Order Tracking

Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

7. Delivery Issues and Stolen Packages

  • Incorrect Address: Camino Sours is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. If the issue remains unresolved after 48 hours, contact us at info@caminosours.com.

8. Local Pick-up (San Leandro)

At this time, we do not offer local pick-up at our San Leandro administrative office. All orders must be placed through https://caminosours.com/ for delivery.
