Refund & Returns Policy

At Camino Sours, we stand behind the quality of Kiva Confections and the premium products we carry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. However, due to the nature of our products—including Camino Gummies and Kiva Chocolate—we must adhere to strict safety and regulatory guidelines regarding returns.
1. Returns of Consumable Products
In accordance with California health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any consumable products once the original tamper-evident seal has been broken or the package has been opened. This includes all Camino edibles, Lost Farm chews, Petra Mints, and Terra Chocolate.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing defect with the product, we will make it right.
Melted Products: While we use insulated packaging for Kiva Chocolate, extreme California heat can occasionally affect products. If your items arrive significantly melted or unusable, please contact us immediately.
Reporting Period: You must report any damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence Required: To process a claim, please email info@caminosours.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping packaging.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you received an item different from what you ordered (e.g., you ordered Camino Sleep Gummies but received Camino Bliss), please do not open the product.
Keep the incorrect item in its original, sealed condition.

We will send the correct item to you at no additional cost and provide instructions on what to do with the incorrect item.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved for a damaged or missing item:
Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Store Credit: In many cases, we can offer immediate store credit as an alternative to a traditional refund, allowing you to replace your items faster.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for the following:
Personal Preference: Issues related to the flavor, texture, or the specific “high” experienced (as cannabis affects everyone differently).
Incorrect Address: Orders that were successfully delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
Expired Reporting: Requests made more than 48 hours after the tracking status shows “Delivered.”
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet entered the fulfillment process. If you need to cancel an order for Camino Sour Gummies, please call us immediately at (855) 510-5482. Once an order has been picked and packed, it can no longer be canceled.
7. Kiva Merch Returns
For non-consumable items like Kiva Merch (apparel, etc.):
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for merch unless the item is defective.
